Not Me Monday

I have really slacked on my "Not me Monday" post. I honestly can't even remember the last time I did one. So today I'm back with a bang!

Valentine's dinner at The Moseley house would never be heart shaped PB & J sandwiches. There is no way I would allow T to eat these in his room while watching cartoons. Just so I could catch up on reading some of the blogs I follow. Knowing that jelly would somehow end up on the carpet. Nope Not Me!

I would "never" allow T to play soccer inside the house. I mean really what mom does that?!?! There is no way the living room would be used as a soccer field and the entry as the goal. Of course I wouldn't be screaming at the top of my lungs that I just got a goal. You know...loud enough for our neighbors to think David Beckham was playing in our living room! NO way! We would absolutely not be doing this at 9:30 at night. My child is in bed every night by 8:30.
*Note to self...Even when playing soccer inside the house wear shoes. I might just have jammed my pinkie toe by acting obnoxious and trying to beat my 6 year old at "indoor" soccer.

Seriously...what kind of mom would feed her kid sugar for dinner and then get him all riled up when he should be in bed?!?! Not this mom!

Dear Cupid,

Thank You for my Starbucks in bed this morning! I always dream of waking up to a hot White Chocolate Mocha sitting on my night stand. I love my beautiful flowers and sweet card! You always out do yourself. Lunch at Abuelo's was wonderful. Thank you for all the "little" things you do. The 4 new shirts you bought me yesterday are fabulous!! Oh wait you were on shift yesterday!

I love you just as much today as I do everyday. I love your baby blue eyes and your charming grin. I love that you get up every morning and go to work even when your tired. That you work 2 jobs so that I can be a stay at home mom. That you love me even when I'm unlovable. I love so many things about you: your patient, kind hearted, giving, hardworking, incredibly handsome and a amazing father. By no means do I think your perfect but pretty darn close.

Thank you for another wonderful Valentine's Day!

I love you!

Love~Momma

WoNderFul Weekend

I have to say this weekend was Wonderful!

It was a real treat to spend the day Friday with my handsome husband. We didn't spend it alone but that was perfectly fine with us. We were babysitting Ellie...our friends sweet little girl. She is 21 months old and such a doll! It gave us a idea of what out life could potentially be like one day. I loved seeing my husband with a little girl in his arms. After dropping T off at school we enjoyed a quiet lunch together. Yes I said quiet. The little angel slept the entire time we ate. I love spending the day with my husband!!! Later that evening I left the boys at home and headed out to a Premire jewelry party with my HCCA moms. The company was delightful and the food was delish. THere was a chocolate fountain...need I say more!!! We laughed... cried...stuffed our faces...tried on jewlery...bought jewlery...ate more or at least I did....and got to know each other even better. I am so thankful for the women I've meet through T going to school at HCCA. I can't wait for our next get together!

Saturday turned out to be just as great. Nothing better than starting your day off with a kick butt workout. I jumped out of bed and headed to boot camp. I was gone and back home before the boys were even out of bed. I ate a quick breakfast of yougurt, blueberries and granola!! One of my favorites! Then started sewing like a mad woman. I had to get 2 burp cloths, bib and a initial onesie with a ruffled butt finished by 11am. While I was doing this...the man I love was doing this:
-picked up the house
-vacumn the house
-fixed lunch
-cleaned off the back porch
-cleaned out the garage
-sweep/mopped the kitchen
-unloaded the dishwasher and loaded it back up
All while doing several loads of laundry!
Please don't hate me...want to slap me or even curse at me! I know I am a blessed woman. These are the many reasons I love this man!!! He loves me!!!! He knows that a clean house makes me happy. I had a crazy busy week with lots of sewing. I had to put some of the household duties on hold for a few days. After all that he let me go to the winery with some girlfriends. If you've never been to LoneOak Winery it's a must that you go try it!!! So cute and quaint. Great wine! You can do a wine tasting for $5. I will be going back again real soon or as soon as my sweet hubby lets me. We ended the night with dinner at Roscoe's with great friends. Tristen got a real treat! He had a sleep over with Aunt Erin and Uncle A. He had a blast and can't wait to have another one. I mean who wouldn't want to play the Wii all night and sleep with Aunt E and Uncle A. When I picked him up the next morning he informed me that Aunt A said....he could come over whenever he wanted. And if I said No he would just call her!
On Sunday I got my baby feel. It was my Sunday to work in the nursery at church. I sure do love all my sweet babes! T and I had a yummy lunch at Olive Garden with Uncle Jon Jon (my brother). On the way home we stopped by Target to pick up Valentines for T's class. We spent the rest of our evening in our PJ's addressing valentines. What a great way to end a weekend!!!

I'm in love...

with none other than this adorable Valentine outfit!

This was one of the many things I made this week. Wow..I have been swamped!

I'm feeling incredibly blessed!

I have a list of orders to fill and so very thankful.

All the money I make sewing goes into the baby fund aka money to fund in-vitro.

I finally made my first in-vitro appointment!!!!

March 1st is the earliest Dr.Kaufmann can get me in.

I'm so excited I can hardly stand it!

Over the last month I made enough money to cover my first appointment.

We are walking in complete Faith and giving this completely over to God!!!

There is no financing available for in-vitro...so that means CASH only.

I'm beliving for favor and lots of buisness. As of now that stands true.

Over the next few weeks I have lots to keep me busy.

I have my 1st order for Custom baby bedding. It's going to be gorgeous!

Max's 1st Birthday inital T and Birthday hat
Reagan's 1st Birthday inital T and Birthday hat
and several custom baby shower gifts.

I'll be posting pictures of everything.

Who is 100 days smarter????

Today marks the 100th day of school!
People this is a big deal! I mean this calls for a party. Anyone who nows Mrs.Matejka knows she can throw a party. She goes above and beyond my wildest expectations! Hands down the best Kindergarten teacher!
We had lots of things to gather and get ready for this big day.
1. 100 pennies (this goes towards HCCA's building fund).
2. 100 edible objects...Tristen's choose Reese's Puff's cereal.
They use this to make Derdnuh (Hundred spelled backwards) trail mix.
3. T-shirt with 100 things on it...I'll get to that in just a second.
So we had to start our day out with a hearty ole breakfast.

Yes I sometimes take things to extreme. Or maybe I just have to much time on my hands...well I just couldn't help myself this morning. I made T's breakfast in the form of 100. Who knew bacon, egg and blueberry waffles could look like 100!! I might just have to put food in the form of numbers more often. He ate all of it!

My little stud muffin in his 100 day t-shirt. Everyone had to wear a shirt with 100 things on it. So I thought it would super cute to do a shirt with 100 T's on it. Thank you to SpirtMark in Mansfield for turning my uber cute idea(if I say myself) into a actual t-shirt. If I can get all the ink from the stamp pads out... hopefully he'll get to wear it again!! And yes I am fully aware I have a problem with using ....to separate my run on sentences. Not that this is English 101 but I just really like my ...'s!

99 T's

Mrs.Burgess helping T with his 100 puzzle.

Super Hero Zero aka Mrs.Werner (the principal). She is absolutely awesome! The woman can rock heels and a cape...she has mad skills! Not to mention she has been flying into their room every 10 days since school started. She never comes without a treat either. Today everyone got a lifesaver. The treats are always in the form of a zero....donuts and bracelets are just a couple.

T and mommy!

T is 100 days smarter and mommy 100 days tired. Whew....Kindergarten is exhausting but I'm loving every second of it! It's hard to believe it's already half over.

It was a party from the time he walked it to the time he walked out.

My favorite part:

watching all the kids stand on their chairs...dance...count and sing to 100 at the top of their lungs!

Tristen's 1st day of Kindergarten

After running around all day yeserday getting ready for the 100th day of school on Friday....I realized I never posted about T's 1st day of Kindergarten!!! I know it's just horrible of me...so call me what you want.

Since T started school in August life just hasn't been the same. It is one great adventure after another. He absoultly loves school and at this point hasn't missed even one day!!! WHo would miss when you have a teacher like Mrs.Matejka. She is hands down the best teacher.

Uniform

T's bag...this is what they use as a backpack. It is a very cute idea! Everyone makes their own bag or mom does.

My big boy!

He looks so big!! How did Kindergarten come so fast!?!?

After Matt and I dropped T off at school we enjoyed lunch together. We sat and talked about how big our little boy was getting. How he is just growing up so fast!!

Stay tuned for a update on the 100th day of school tomorrow!

Lots of fun things planned!
