Summer in the Moseley house is flying by fast! It's hard to believe July is nearly over! Blogging has taken a back seat for many reasons...
Quick trip to New Braunfels with the family. T had lots of fun with his cousins and it's always nice to get away. I'll post a few pictures I took later.
Matt and I celebrated our 7th Anniversary! We spent the weekend at the Omni downtown.
Ate dinner at Daddy Jack's...Yum!!
2 weekends at the Lake house...Matt's parents just finished their lake house on Richland Chambers..a little over an hour away. Matt and T are really enjoying all the fishing they been doing. I'm really enjoying the quality family time and just relaxing.
Yep..that's my boy. Caught a catfish..fishing in his underwear!
Haha...daddy caught a turtle!
I (okay my brother) finally hung that chandelier that's been in a box in my closet for 3 years. Originally suppose to go in my bathroom. I decided I would put it in the turquoise room or the playroom/sewing room. It looks amazing! I'll have to snap a quick picture...when I find my camera that is. Yep...I haven't been able to find it for a little over a week now.
Lots of sewing has been going on and a lot of late nights to go with it. I have finally taken the time to work on my SugarPlum blog. After putting it off for quit some time I just had to do it! People have been asking me left and right if I have a website...and finally there is something on there! So go check it out and become a follower! SugarPlum just introduced the "Cupcake Couture" and it's just too sweet for words. And for all of my blog stalkers on here become a follower too! I know there are lots of you out there because you call me when I don't blog :) lol!
I am way behind on the back to school wagon. I haven't purchased not 1 thing! I did a little looking online at Pottery Barn kids today. Pretty sure I've finally decided on a backpack for T with a matching lunch box of course. I really want to get his named monogrammed on it. Is he to old for that?
And with July coming to an end summer doesn't look as if it's going to slow down at all. This weekend is Melissa my SIL's baby shower for baby Brody! So that means I have to get his bedding finished by Saturday. Along with picking up everything we need for the shower. I'm helping my MIL throw it. Then the next weekend is T's birthday party! Since his invites are in the mail I'll give a sneek peek of them tomorrow. Ohhhh they are cute!
Goodnight!

7 years
It's been 7 years ago today that I married the love of my life!
Wow it sure has just flown by!
Thank you babe! You have given me a beautiful son and a wonderful life. There isn't anything more I could ask for. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I love you more today than I could have ever imagined 7 years ago. With every year my love, appreciation, respect and admiration grow more and more! By no means do we have a perfect marriage...no one does. It's not always butterflies and roses...it's just real! Thanks for loving me, putting up with me and spoiling me rotten!
I'm looking forward to our weekend get-a-away!
Here is to many many more years with you! I look forward to growing old with you.!
I love you!
XOXO

Burleson vs Aledo
The Aledo Tournament
We spent our Saturday and Sunday at the Aledo ball fields. T played 2 games both days. Just giving us enough time to go eat and rest a little between games. I have to say I thought I was going to hate this part of baseball...the tournaments that is. To my surprise I actually like it. I'm spending all day with my boys watching them do what they love.
We ate some yummy food..Los Vaqueros and Railhead! I made a quick trip to their Super Target. I was in need of a umbrella to help block the sun from baking me to a crisp.
My perception of what Aledo's ballpark would look like was all wrong. As much money as they perceive to have and as good as their kids are...I was expecting something like a mini Texas Ranger's stadium. Nope not at all! More like a cow pasture with fences and bleachers.
Right down the 3rd baseline...everytime!
Playing 3rd...baseball ready
Good stop...Hold'em at 1st
FYI: In Aledo their 6 year olds are equivalent to our 10 year olds. I'm pretty convinced they feed them protein shakes and steroids! No lie!

Burleson Thunder
yep you guessed it.. T is playing All stars for the 1st time this summer!
He just finished his 3rd tournament. That means we have been playing ball almost everyday for the last 4 weeks. If it's not games it's 2 hour practice. And this Texas heat is causing this Momma to melt!
They have only won 1 game and lost several by just 1 point. It is the experience that counts as Matt would say. I am very competitive and need to tone it down a bit. It's T-ball for crying out loud!
T is doing awesome playing 3rd base!
And the uniforms are sweet! Hopefully I'll get a picture of my boys in their uniforms tomorrow. Matt coaches so he wears the uniform too...and boy does he wear it well.
I made the moms on the Crowley All star team these adorable tanks!
After I sat in my black Thunder t-shirt for a game. I came home and made one for myself and a few of the other moms on our team too. Except ours are black/red and have a B of course. I'll get someone to snap a picture of me supporting the team so I can share it.
Okay it's off to bed for now. I've got to get that beauty sleep. It has been far and few in between lately. Staying up late working and making lots of new creations. I'll post them soon!
